Payment instructions
Velocity Realty LLC wants to make payment of your property rent as convenient as possible. We all have enough hassles in our daily home and work lives, so we want to help you to get your rent paid with minimal hassle.
Rent is due by the first day of each month and is late as of the 3rd of the month. The penalty for late rent is $50 initial charge and $10 for each additional day until paid in full. There is more than one way to pay your rent:
-mail a cashier’s check or money order to our address below, mail at least three days before the 1st of the month to be received by the 3rd to avoid late fees
-pay online, by the 3rd to avoid late fees
